HelsaMi

HelsaMi is an entrance to digital health services. It is available to you who are a patient or user of municipal health and care services in Central Norway and to relatives. In HelsaMi you can, among other things, view appointments, have a dialogue with healthcare personnel and access information from your own patient record.

Everyone over 16 years of age who is a patient or user at hospitals, municipalities and general practitioners who use the record solution Helseplattformen automatically has a user. You log in easily and securely with BankID. The first time you log in, you must accept the terms of use.

There are many services you can access through HelsaMi, for example:

• View appointments, change and order in some cases
• Access medical record information, overview of diagnoses, allergies, vaccines and medications
• Write to healthcare professionals and get answers in the app/web solution
• Video consultations
• Overview of test results
• Participate in research
• Give access to relatives or view the medical records of those who have given you power of attorney
• Upload health and exercise data, including data from Health Connect, when you are registered in self-monitoring programs.

What you see in the app depends on whether your municipality and your GP are part of the Health Platform. All hospitals are included, with St. Olav's being the first to be included.

HelsaMi also has customized solutions for patients who have a high need for health care, such as the chronically ill.
