Every year, we organize the ICM Knowledge Parade: an event for HR and L&D professionals and managers. During this inspiring day, networking, in-depth learning, and practical applicability take center stage. Not to celebrate mistakes, but to create a culture in which there is room for reflection, innovation, and continuous improvement.
