IGKM inTouch APP
It activates to the full conference version at the moment of registering a conference participant at the conference reception desk.
The application contains the following information items:
● detailed content program of the event,
● information about the co-organizers of the event,
● information about the speakers and a summary of their speech,
● list of conference participants,
● information about conference sponsors along with a short presentation of current products,
● detailed information on non-substantive information about the program (e.g. information on the place and time of departure of the bus, information on an additional program),
● a location map showing individual places related to the organization of the event,
● information about the menu,
● summary of the event available during or after its end,
● telephone number for the IGKM employee responsible for technical issues.
The application allows you to send organizational notifications about the end of the break in the meeting or - in exceptional cases - about the change of the meeting start time.
A module will be made available allowing for the presentation of substantive material for voting or discussion with the possibility of on-line editing, which will also allow for such voting.
The application will also include an evaluation questionnaire module, which can be completed during or after the conference.
