[Precautions for use]
To use INNOVERA Call, you will need to subscribe to the cloud phone service provided by Prodelight Co., Ltd.
This app recommends "4G connection of carrier SIM" as the recommended communication environment.
It has been confirmed that Wi-Fi calls and operations may become unstable due to radio wave strength, radio wave interference, etc.
Additionally, if you are using 5G, calls will be affected when switching between 5G and 4G occurs.
If switching occurs frequently, we recommend that you use a fixed 4G setting in your device settings.
When linking device contacts, operation and calls may be affected depending on the device's performance and the number of contacts.
In that case, you will need to take one of the following actions.
・Reduce the number of contacts (within 2,500)
・Cancel linking with a contact

Settings → Apps → All apps → INNOVERACall → Permissions → Contacts → Do not allow
〇Provisioning function
There is no need for the troublesome settings that are common with SIP softphones.
You can authenticate with ID and password,
You can easily use IP phones.
〇Push notification
With support for background applications,
You can receive calls even if the app is closed.
You can also receive calls while using other apps.
〇BYOD compatible
No need to carry two smartphones. You can now use a single smartphone to account for public and private purposes.
〇Smartphone extension
Not only can you make calls between extensions, but you can also make and receive calls using extension numbers.
You can use it as if you were taking your company's extension phone with you.
■Emergency call
This app has the ability to redirect emergency calls to your native mobile dialer.
This feature depends on the mobile phone's OS, which we have no control over, and is subject to change at any time.
Therefore, it is not designed and cannot be used for emergency calls, calls, or assistance.
