The Jobcenter app is the new app for citizens and clients of job centers that cooperate with the Federal Employment Agency (joint institutions).

With the Jobcenter app, everything related to the job center is clearly organized and in one place: regional job center information, applications, news, and appointments.

WHO CAN USE THE APP?
All citizens can access regional job center information by entering their postal code. There, they will find regional applications, event announcements, opening hours, and contact information.

The Jobcenter app makes it easier for clients to communicate with their job center. Conveniently access your user account (profile) at jobcenter.digital using your smartphone. Requirements for accessing the registered area in the app:

• You have applied for or wish to apply for basic income support
• You have a personal contact person at the Jobcenter
• You have login credentials (email address and password) for jobcenter.digital

(Unfortunately, use with your BundID account is not possible)
