KidsPlay: Islamic & Fun Videos

KidsPlay is the app you may know as "Ghulam Rasool & Kaneez Fatima" — the same animated series, the same team, with a new name and a new design.

Alongside those series, KidsPlay now brings over 3,000 reviewed videos: Islamic cartoons, naat, duas, salah, seerah and Arabic alphabet lessons, plus a separate Fun Learning section with nursery rhymes, phonics, numbers, animals and stories. On first launch you choose Islamic, Fun Learning, or both — and the app shows only what you picked.

KidsPlay is a calm, ad-free video and learning app for children aged 2 to 12, and for parents who want clear control over what their child watches. Every video is reviewed before it appears and filtered by age, category and parent settings, with no unrestricted video search, comments, chat, advertising or external websites.

ISLAMIC AND FUN LEARNING — YOU CHOOSE

KidsPlay is built around two content groups: Islamic and Fun Learning.

On first launch parents pick one or both. A family that wants only Islamic content will never see anything else, and a family that wants general learning is not shown religious content it did not ask for. The choice can be changed any time in Parent Zone.

KidsPlay is developed by the team behind the Ghulam Rasool animated series, bringing Islamic children's content and a wider learning library together inside one parent-controlled app.

SPARK — SHORT LEARNING CLIPS

Spark is a collection of more than 1,000 short animated clips, most between 15 and 90 seconds, each teaching one simple word, idea, habit or skill. Children can earn stars, complete daily goals and build learning streaks.

Spark does not push children into endless scrolling. Swipe-to-next is off by default and is controlled by parents.

PARENTAL CONTROLS

Parent Zone is protected by a PIN. Parents can:

• Set daily screen-time limits and weekday or weekend bedtime rules
• Create a separate profile for each child, with its own interests, favourites and watch history
• Choose age modes for ages 2–4, 5–7, 8–10 and 11–12
• Enable or disable search
• Block videos, channels or keywords, and hide anything they do not want shown again
• Build a Parent Picks playlist from approved videos
• Control autoplay, player buttons and seeking
• Enable fullscreen child lock and app-exit protection
• Review watch history and reported content
• Back up parent settings to their own Google Drive

This lets a 3-year-old and an 11-year-old in the same family have completely different content experiences.

SAFE VIDEO WATCHING BY DESIGN

• No advertising
• No advertising ID
• No comments or public chat
• No messaging or social features
• No location access
• No unrestricted YouTube discovery
• No external links available to children
• No in-app purchases
• Parent PIN required for protected actions

Search results and recommendations come from the KidsPlay curated catalog. Children are never sent into unrestricted YouTube search or public recommendations.

Parents can report a video or creator from inside the app. Reported content is sent for review and can be hidden from the child's profile immediately.
