MeinLUKS

With MeinLUKS, as a patient of Lucerne Cantonal Hospital (LUKS), you have access to your digital patient record at LUKS. MeinLUKS accompanies you throughout your treatment at LUKS and actively involves you in your care.

With MeinLUKS, you have access to your record, treatments, lab results, and more at LUKS. For example, you can manage appointments, complete questionnaires, or access treatment plans. You can also grant your family members access to your patient data if you wish.

To access your data, you must be a patient at Lucerne Cantonal Hospital and have received an activation code for initial registration during your visit.

Using MeinLUKS is voluntary and free of charge. Upload your health and fitness data, including data from Health Connect, if you participate in self-monitoring programs.
