What you can expect:
-) Detailed information with clear diagrams: the app offers you a full range of documentation, logging and statistical functions. They can be clearly displayed as diagrams in daily, monthly or annual comparisons, for example. This means you have very simple options for maintaining an overview of parameters such as power consumption and heat generation.
-) Intelligent detection of input errors: when you change data and parameters, the intelligent app recognises inconsistent user inputs and displays them immediately. This avoids input errors.
-) Comprehensive remote control: all of the app's functions can be used on the move, regardless of location, via the internet connection. This means you can change settings if, for example, you return from a business trip or holiday earlier than expected and want to increase the temperature in your home before you arrive. Warnings or error messages are also forwarded to you remotely.
-) Direct line to customer service: if alerts or faults arise, you can get in touch with your Ochsner customer service by phone or email, directly from the app. This brings with it the advantage that information on the system can be disclosed at the same time, along with its current status and location. This allows customer service to respond faster and intervene right away if remote maintenance is enabled.
