With the ORLEN Paczka app, you have all your parcels in one place.
– The locker opens for you
Remote locker opening allows you to use the parcel machine simultaneously with others. You don't have to wait or stand in line. When you're near the machine, select the appropriate option in the app, and the locker will open automatically. You'll receive directions to the locker's location, along with a unique traffic light system that makes it easy to reach your parcel.
You can also collect your parcel from the machine using a pickup code or QR code. – The Point Map shows you the way to your parcel.
The Point Map lets you quickly find your pickup point, and the navigation option will guide you there.
– The Parcel Radar tracks your parcel ready for pickup.
– We'll remind you when your parcel is ready to be picked up thanks to the Parcel Radar feature.
– Notifications keep you up to date.
