Over time, heatspots may cool down if prayer is lacking for a long period, so consistency is key!

THE SECRET PLACE
This bit is just between you and God. After each walk, you get the opportunity to reflect on what you prayed for and who joined you. All of this information is saved to your private journal, which you can access at any time to reflect on, edit or mark prayers as answered.
