Digitize the process of obtaining permits for movement, stopping and parking of heavy motor vehicles in the blue zone on public traffic areas in the central zone of the city of Vranje with the help of the official mobile application.
The application allows users to quickly and easily create a user account, enter information about the vehicle and the owner, choose the desired validity period (daily, monthly or annual), and submit a request for the issuance of a license - all without going to the counter.

Key functionalities:
✔ User registration and login
Create an account with basic information or sign in with a Google account. Set up your profile, contact information, and company information (if applicable).
✔ Review and manage requests
On the home page of the application, you can view all your requests - from active, through draft permits, to those awaiting activation. You can easily reactivate expired permissions.
✔ Submitting a new request
Choose the type of license - daily, monthly or annual. Add one or more vehicles, define license plates, make, model and vehicle category (under or over 3.5 tons).
✔ Payment of permits
Payment can be made in two ways:
• Direct payment via payment cards through the integrated AllSecure payment system
• Manually via payment slip, with automatic generation of all necessary data and IPS QR code for quick payment
✔ PDF confirmation with QR code
After successful payment, the application generates a PDF document with all the data and a QR code that is used to check the validity of the permit.
✔ Application settings
Within the settings you can:
• Manage account and user data
• Set the types of notifications received
• Choose the language of the application (Serbian or English)
• Show all previous permissions through history
• View Blue Zone details (map, documents and other information)
• Access legal documents (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy)
• Contact the competent services directly from the application
• Log out or request account deletion

Your data is safe - the system uses modern protection and encryption mechanisms. All transactions are made through a trusted payment provider with support for 3D Secure.
The application was created with the support of JP Urbanism and construction of the city of Vranje and aims to significantly simplify the administrative process, reduce the use of paper and make the management of the city zone more efficient and transparent.
