The units were serviced. Now you can prove it.

The supervisor says last week was skipped and wants money off the invoice. Your driver says he was there. Between the two of you sits a paper route sheet riding around in a truck. This app turns each stop into a record carrying a time, a position and photographs, then builds the month's site report out of them. For owners running one to five trucks who still drive one.

ONE STOP, ONE SCREEN
Scan the sticker and the unit picks itself; torn sticker, type the number. Buttons are cut for gloved hands, no text box is required, and one tap takes a photo with nothing to confirm. The clock and the position run before you start.

WHAT ONE STOP CARRIES
- Two photos - inside after service, and the chemical level - plus anything else worth showing
- Restocked: toilet paper, hand sanitizer, deodorizer or items of your own; tap to tick, hold to count
- Chemical added in gallons or litres, and a spoken note transcribed on the phone
- A signature from whoever is on site, under their name
- Could not reach it? Gate locked, vehicle blocking, unit moved, unit gone - the visit is still recorded

PROOF BURNT INTO THE PHOTO
The time, the coordinates and the unit number go into the pixels before the file is filed, and the file is hashed with SHA-256. Messaging apps strip EXIF; a stamp inside the image survives forwarding. Three fixes are taken and the best kept, and the accuracy prints as a plus-or-minus. A stop with no fix yet still saves, marked GPS pending.

DAMAGE SOMEONE ELSE CAUSED, BILLED WITH PROOF
Tipped over, graffiti, concrete or debris dumped in it, a door or hinge broken, burned, gone. Pick what happened, shoot a wide frame with site context, a close-up and the unit number, price it off your own rate list and add an invoice reference. It leaves as its own pack, with the distance from the site pin.

PROMISED AGAINST DELIVERED
Give each site its contracted frequency - once, twice or three times a week, daily, or days you choose. Each site then reads promised against delivered for the period, and the board pins Overdue the day a site falls due with no service.

THE MONTHLY SITE REPORT
Pick a site and a month and the pages are drawn on screen before anything goes to disk: a cover with your logo, the general contractor and the contract or PO number; scheduled against delivered visits; a row per stop with date, time, unit, coordinates, accuracy, restock, driver and outcome; the photo record; the damage; whatever was signed on site. Letter or A4.

WHAT YOU HAND OVER
- The monthly service report as a PDF, addressed to the site supervisor
- The damage evidence pack, its own PDF
- The month as a CSV: a row per stop, nineteen columns
- The month's photos as a ZIP, at full resolution
- A short reference under every photo: type it into Find a photo by reference for when and where it was taken, and the SHA-256

- No advertising anywhere, on any plan: an accounts-desk report cannot carry a banner
- Stops, photos and reports stay on this phone; location is read only while a stop is logged
- Unit inventory and placement history: which unit stands where, since when
