Siding chalks. Coatings that were already lifting come off under the wand. Screens that were torn stay torn. The argument is never about what you did — it is about the state of the wall when you pulled up. A camera roll does not settle that. A stamped photo set with a signed waiver attached does.

THE WALK-AROUND WILL NOT LET YOU SKIP A SIDE
Front, right, back, left, then one stop per service: house wash, roof soft wash, driveway and concrete, deck and fence, gutters, windows, commercial. Each wants its overview photo before it counts; the button points at the first one still missing. No access is an answer too: tap it and say why.

PIN THE DAMAGE ON THE PICTURE
Tap the photo where the problem is and pick from nineteen built-in types: peeling paint, rotted wood, cracked glass, torn screens, exposed lighting, uncovered outlets, oxidized aluminum, artillery fungus. Add your own; the most used float to the top. Hold the voice button on a pin and talk: the words are transcribed on the handset and printed under that elevation.

THREE FILES PER SHOT
The original is set aside untouched, EXIF intact, a SHA-256 of its bytes beside it. Only the handover copy gets a dark band burned into the pixels: elevation and phase, date to the second, coordinates, bearing, business name. Messaging apps strip EXIF. Pixels do not.

YOUR CLAUSES
Thirteen blocks arrive filtered by what you wash: aluminum oxidation, coatings already failing, grain raise on weathered decks, failed seals, exterior electrical, plants, old stains, access and pets, water supply, roof soft wash, concrete and pavers, commercial premises, fleet surfaces. SIGNING FREEZES IT
Opening the waiver snapshots the wording, so editing the template later cannot change what a customer was shown. They initial each clause, tick that they saw the pre-wash photos, type their name and sign. The signature stamps time and coordinates; the job, its photos and its pins then refuse edits. Nobody home? Record the reason and photograph the notice you left on the door.

AFTER SHOTS AND CHEMICALS
Reshoot a before photo and the old frame floats over the viewfinder as a ghost you can fade, with a pill counting the degrees still to turn. Pairs export side by side or stacked, 1:1 or 4:5. The chemical log takes product, base concentration, mix ratio, surface, method, dwell and rinsed, totalled per product each month.
