RCAP HR360 is a Collaborative app designed from Reliance Capital group of employees and is a one stop shop app that enable employees to transact and access information from the newly designed state of the art system named as “Reliance HR360. This is completely a collaborative app which allows a seamless access to our other featured applications that are currently being used such as RCAP iLearn. While each of these application can be accessed independently, this collborative app allows access to each of them at one place and thus enhances the user experience.



The app gives complete flexibility to use it anywhere & at any time. It comes with secured feature where data access is protected and allows to manage the entire life cycle of an employee i.e. accessing & updating Personal Information, Salary & Benefits, FBP Planning, Tax Management, Absence Management, Performance Management and Exit Management. The system give a complete empowerment to supervisors to give necessary approvals on the go through their Mobile. The app allows fast and easy way to keep track of the assignments, enhance performance management process, keeps track of attendance and pushes notification on any transaction that gets completed.
