Satushy is the operations center for your Kaspi.kz store. The app connects to your seller account via an API token and brings together information typically scattered across tables: profit for each product, inventory balances, orders, and price management.

PROFIT, NOT TURNOVER
Indicate the cost price, and for each product, you can see how much it brings in after Kaspi's commission and tax. The main screen displays today's earnings and the order queue: what's being assembled, what's running low, where the price has dropped.

ORDERS AND INVOICES
New orders with notifications, statuses, one-tap assembly mark, batch printing of invoices. Labels and invoices are printed directly to a thermal printer via Bluetooth.

WAREHOUSE AND ACCOUNTING
Batch acceptance from suppliers, inventory with shelf counting, movement history, custom barcodes, and label printing for selected products. A warning is sent before the item runs out: stock desynchronization means cancellations, and cancellations lower the store's rating.

AUTO PRICE
Maintains the top position according to your rules: a lower limit protects the margin, and every step is recorded in the history—you can see why the price changed. You can also see if the new price never reaches the Kaspi storefront.

ANALYTICS WITHOUT MANUAL WORK
Sales dynamics, dead stock, demand share per card, summaries for any period—calculated automatically based on your account data. Export to an Excel spreadsheet.

AI MONITORS THE STORE
The "Shift" section automatically identifies items that require attention: stale goods, depleted items, low stock—and explains what to do about them.

AI ASSISTANT FOR PRODUCT CARDS
Create and improve product cards: text according to Kaspi moderation rules, studio photos from a phone photo, and captions on the photo in the "Inscription Studio."

MARKET
What competitors are selling, at what price, who holds the top spot, and which cards aren't yet in your catalog.

FOR THE TEAM
Multiple stores on a single account. Employees with limited rights: operational work without access to funds. Exchange inventory with MySklad and 1C, and send messages to buyers on WhatsApp.

To use this service, you need an active store on Kaspi.kz and a seller API token (issued free in your Kaspi account). New users have a trial period, and then a subscription is required.
