Sheer Golf is a scorecard built to do one thing well: handle stroke play and match play correctly, with nothing else in the way. No account, no ads, no GPS, no cloud. Open the app and start scoring — Sheer Golf works fully offline, with no setup required.

Save every course you play
Set up a course once — par, yardage, and stroke index for every hole — and it's saved on your device for future rounds. There's no licensed course database or GPS lookup involved; you enter the course yourself, and it's there whenever you play it again. Save as many courses as you like.

Automatic handicap math
Using each hole's stroke index, Sheer Golf distributes handicap strokes across the round the way the World Handicap System does — extra strokes go to the hardest holes first, calculated for you.

Match play, done properly
Play 1v1 or 2v2 as a team. Sheer Golf normalizes to the lowest handicap, works out who gives strokes where, and shows a live standing as you play — AS, 1 up, 2 up — updated hole by hole.

Built for a foursome
Track up to 4 players per round. Enter strokes hole by hole, see Out/In/Total at a glance, and catch mistakes early — duplicate stroke indexes are flagged automatically.

Always private
Nothing you enter leaves your device. No tracking, no subscriptions, no data collection.
