Sirjan is an innovative application developed by Government of Punjab for better provision of Reproductive Child Health, and Immunization interventions. It enables end to end tracking of all maternity events at community as well as facility platforms. It facilitates early identification and tracking of the individual beneficiary throughout their productive lifecycle. Sirjan app digitize ANMs’ and labour rooms multiple registers.
