Solzaima SAT

Application (App) developed by Solzaima (SZM) to register all the interventions (CRM) carried out in the scope of subcontracting of repair service requests (PSR) by Technical Official Brand Services (SAT).

Through this App it is possible to:

- Check all assigned PSRs and their status (Open / Closed);
- Check the history of customer data requests;
- Register CRMs and respective consumption;
- Register interactions with the client (calls, emails);
- Requisition of pieces;
- Check current account SAT;
