HOW IT PLAYS
• Everyone bids how many tricks they'll win — or bids Nil for a 100-point gamble
• Follow suit if you can; spades trump everything, and the Jokers trump every spade
• Make your team's bid: 10 points a trick, 1 point per extra
• Extra tricks become bags — collect 10 and lose 100 points
• First team to 500 wins the game
