What you need
A spotting scope at roughly 15x to 45x magnification and a mount for your phone. TargetSpotter⊙ finds the holes in the paper by comparing successive images and shows them on screen.

Detection quality depends a great deal on the phone, the scope, the mount and the light on the range. Try the free targets first, before you take out the subscription.
