Use the Add Meal feature to record foods with their calories, proteins, fats, and carbs. Each entry contributes to your Health Score, giving you a simple view of the day’s nutritional quality. Add your activities to see their impact on your daily total and adjust your routine accordingly.
The Progress section provides visual charts that reflect changes in weight, energy balance, and nutrition trends over time. The Library keeps all your saved meals and exercises organized, while Settings allow you to update goals, back up data, or start fresh whenever you need."
