Velvet Glow

Velvet Glow is an Android app for beauty parlour and salon owners and staff. Use it to keep client records, log visits, track dues and income, and manage basic monthly expenses.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN THE APP

• Add and edit clients — name, phone, photo, tags, notes, and VIP
• Log visits — service, price, staff, discount, and notes
• Payment status — Paid, Due, or Partial; you can edit later
• Payment method — Cash, bKash, or Nagad when money is received (hidden while status is Due)
• Paid on — set the date when a Due or Partial visit is paid
• Due list — see outstanding balances
• Reminders screen — upcoming follow-ups from visits; optional advance-booking reminder options when saving a visit
• Home income — today’s and monthly income
• Income report — view income by day or month
• Monthly finance — enter expenses (staff, products, bills, other) and see net profit for the month
• Services — maintain your service list and default prices
• Work gallery — add photos from camera or gallery; stored on the device
• Contact actions — call, WhatsApp, or Facebook when the client has those details
• Language — English or Bangla

IMPORTANT

• Internet is required to sign in and load or save data
• Request account deletion from Profile (90-day reactivation window before permanent removal)
• Privacy Policy and Terms are available in the app
• Made for parlour owners and staff — not a customer self-booking app
