Wynne: Daily Wellness Plan APP

One question, answered once a day: what should I do today?

Wynne is a daily wellness plan: yoga, Pilates, breath, meditation, self-massage, walks. Four answers — how long you have, where you are, how your energy is, how your body feels — and it puts one day together: a main movement and a short reset. The rules run on your phone, not on a server. No account, no sign-in. All 98 sessions are free to start. A rest day you choose counts like a day you moved, so the days you have kept can only go up. Nothing here counts consecutive days.

TODAY, NOT A PROGRAMME
• One plan, built from today's answers, with the reason above it: "Standing, so no floor needed." "Gentler — you're running low." Tap that line to see every answer that shaped it.
• Three adjustments, one tap each: swap the movement, shrink the day to ten minutes, or press Rough day.
• Want more? Add an exercise from the library.
• Mark a pain as new, sharp or worsening, and Wynne plans nothing that day and suggests seeing a clinician.

WHAT SHAPES YOUR DAY
Answered once, changeable any time: long workdays, small kids at home, caring for someone, shift work or travel, running your own thing, or a bit of everything.
• Small kids or caring for someone: your day starts at ten minutes instead of twenty, and a longer day leans to sessions of twelve minutes or less.
• Shift work or travel: no usual hour is assumed for you.
• The daily reminder is written for your answer.

SEE WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO
Every session lists its exercises before you start: name, duration and a drawing of the position. Then a count-in, written cues, a pause before each position, a soft chime, optional music. Forty-seven of the ninety-eight need no equipment.

INTERRUPTED STILL COUNTS
Pause when life walks in and pick it up later at the exact step you left, two minutes in or nearly done. Three minutes counts as showing up, half a session as done. Did it another way? Mark as done.

BALANCED BY RULE, NOT BY MOOD
Wynne rotates Pilates, recovery, breathing and walks across the week, eases off after strong days, leaves out the areas you marked as tender, keeps the first day back after a break gentle, and allows for period days and the optional "Perimenopause / midlife changes" setting.

NINETY-EIGHT SESSIONS FOR HOME, NOTHING LOCKED
Mat and standing Pilates, mobility and recovery, evening let-go, stretching, breathing, three-minute meditations, face and jaw, hands and feet, and outdoor walks — three to twenty-five minutes, for beginners. The whole library is open: filter by 3, 7, 12 or 15+ minutes. Start one now, or add it to today.

YOUR WEEK, WITHOUT A SCORE
Seven dots for the week. Nothing turns red, and a quiet day shifts nothing. What you collect is kept on your stage page — among it "You came back".

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No ads, no tracking, and still no account. Your plan is worked out on your phone and needs no connection; check-ins and history stay there and can be cleared in the app. One thing leaves the phone: purchases, through Google Play and RevenueCat. Nothing you type in the app is ever sent anywhere. Reminders are local.

WYNNE PLUS
Everything stays free: check-in, plan, adjustments, every session, your week — a day plan as full as you like. Nothing is locked. Wynne Plus is her voice: she reads the session to you, step by step, so the phone can go down. Monthly or yearly; the price is shown before you confirm.
Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it at https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
