IMPORTANT
Z3DMR is a tool for LICENSED amateur-radio operators. You need a valid amateur-radio license, a
DMR ID and access to a DMR network to use it. As with all amateur radio, transmissions are not
encrypted and are heard by other operators on the talk group - this is how amateur radio works.
