Zaperon Verify

Zaperon Verify app is part of Zaperon Zero Trust solution that protects organizations from cyberattacks by securing access to enterprise applications from any user, any device, and any location without the need of any password.

Verify app provides an additional security layer to protect the user's account by enabling Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). Users can easily add their account in the Verify app by scanning QR code on their Zaperon desktop.

Verify app can only be accessed by users of the active subscribed enterprise customers of Zaperon Zero Trust solution.

Verify app generates a TOTP (Time-based One-Time Passwords) every 60 seconds that can be used to login into the user account of the Zaperon security solution. Verify app does not send security codes on email, SMS as they can be intercepted by hackers. Additionally, to prevent MFA fatigue and spray attacks from happening, verify app does not send push notifications to approve the access.

Users can protect verify app with a secret pin or their biometric that can be enabled on their phones.

Access Permissions:
Zaperon Verify app needs certain permissions to make its usage seamless and ensure security of the user account.

• Camera: To scan QR code and enroll the user's device with Zaperon.
• Location: To prevent unauthorized access of user account from an unknown location.
