ZONEX

ZONEX is a distributed sales network management technology platform (Sales Network Platform), specifically developed for the XHOME ecosystem.

The application acts as a connector, digitizing interaction processes and optimizing operational performance exclusively for the system's official collaborators (CTVs).

CORE FEATURES OF THE PLATFORM:
Lead Management: Supports CTVs in creating, storing, and sending customer information to the system at lightning speed. Integrates a real-time automatic duplicate data scanning mechanism to protect lead ownership for the earliest sender.

Project Progress Monitoring (Pipeline CRM): Transparently displays all stages of customer file processing by the company (from receipt, consultation, quotation, to construction and completion) through an intuitive progress bar interface.

Smart Star Ranking System: Automatically tracks and records total accumulated sales to rank affiliates based on performance milestones: 1 Star, 2 Stars, and 3 Stars.

Financial Management & Commission Wallet: Visually monitor changes in available balance, accumulated commission cash flow after reconciliation, and support sending confirmation orders for disbursement balances to personal bank accounts.
Secure OTP Authentication: The application completely eliminates the risk of information leakage thanks to an access authentication mechanism via OTP codes sent directly to the registered phone number, without using a fixed password system.
SYSTEM ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS: ZONEX is an internal application and does not open account registration to the public on app stores. Login accounts are only granted to candidates who have completed the preliminary registration on the Landing Page and passed the on-site verification and assessment process by XHOME's B2B Sales personnel. After the account is successfully activated, users can then proceed with adding identity verification (KYC) and bank account information directly within the application.
