זמני יוסף - R' Ovadia Zemanim APP

We are the platform to use whenever and wherever you'd need Halachic Times (Zemanim) according to Hakham Ovadia Yosef zt'l, following his practices represented in his Ohr Hachaim calendar from Eretz Yisrael and adapting as needed when outside Israel.

- Use our notifications to stay on top of the changing times!
- Add a home-screen widget to see them outside of the app.
- Extend the times from the phone to your wrist, with our Wear OS app. Open the app to immediately see the next Zeman without any other distractions, and scroll to see the others. Beyond the app itself, we provide Watch Tiles (using Wear OS "Complication") that's an easy page away, as you open your Android smartwatch.
- Can't use your phone on Shabbat and Chag/Yom Tov? Use our "Shabbat Mode" to let the app persist in telling the time as you enjoy the day of rest, all without your touch.

All of the above is laid out in our calendar, filled with the weekly Parasha, daily-limudim/learning schedules, hiloulot-listings & a siddur that changes its text depending on the day.

Each time is calculated according to our Mesora (described in-app by clicking the individual zeman), including:
- Alot Hashachar/Dawn
- Misheyakir, for Talit & Tefilin needs
- Sunrise (according to the Visual Sunrise of ChaiTables) - Countdown for those who pray Netz
- Latest time for Shema (according to the MG"A and GR"A)
- Latest time for Tefila (labeled as "Latest time for Berakhot Shema)
- Midday
- Times for Mincha: Early/Later - Gedola/Ketana
- Plag HaMincha, according to both Yalkut Yosef & Halacha Berura
- Sunset
- Nightfall, according to the Geonic readings & Rabbenu Tam for stringencies
