"Al-Khulasa" is an Iraqi application for government and public sector employees: It accurately calculates your eligibility for the next promotion according to the amended State Employees' Salaries Law No. 22 of 2008 and the amended State Employees' Discipline Law No. 14 of 1991, and securely stores your file only on your phone—no internet required, no servers needed.

• Calculates your official eligibility date for the next grade from the date of your last promotion or commencement of service.
• Tracks the impact of letters of appreciation (one month's seniority for each ministerial letter, up to a maximum of three months annually) and administrative penalties (3 months' warning, 6 months' reprimand, 1 year's reprimand, 2 years' salary reduction).

• Applies the most severe penalty rule in cases of multiple penalties, and cancels penalties based on letters of appreciation according to the law.
