Any Siheung citizen can use SSOC, a Siheung city education platform that provides various educational resources and learning information in the region.
You can use it anytime, anywhere.

Main functions
- Siheung-only online content, Siheung Learning online course provided
- Provides real-time video learning and offline learning
- Provides the same 1,700 online courses provided by Gyeonggi-do Knowledge
- Saram Library, Siheung education information service provided
- When registering and logging in, save learning history, issue certificates, and download video content
- Find the right course for me, course search, popular courses, recommended courses, etc.
- Bulletin board (announcements, Q&A, events, knowledge reviews, etc.)
