251 Ideas is the business app for 251 Ideas agents, sub agents and retailers to manage and sell airtime vouchers.

An account is required. Accounts are created for you by your distributor or the 251 Ideas team, so there is no public sign-up. If you need an account, contact your distributor.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Wallets
• See your cash wallet and EVD wallet balances on the home screen.
• Fund your EVD wallet and review every cash and EVD transaction.

Vouchers
• Order airtime vouchers by denomination.
• Print vouchers on a Bluetooth thermal printer.
• Download vouchers to print later without an internet connection.
• Reprint an earlier order by choosing its sequence range.
• Direct refill: get a single voucher PIN and dial the refill code from the app.

Your network
• Add, view and update sub agents and retailers.
• Set their commission and block or activate them.
• Transfer EVD to your sub agents and review their credited and transferred transactions.

Tools
• Commission calculator to work out your net amount to pay.
• Voucher stock balance by denomination.

SECURE SIGN-IN
Sign in with your phone number and a four-digit PIN. On a new phone you confirm the device with a one-time code sent by SMS. You can change your PIN or reset it if you forget it.

PRINTING
To print you need a Bluetooth thermal printer paired with your phone in Android Bluetooth settings. Everything else works without a printer.

PERMISSIONS
• Bluetooth: to find your paired printer and print.
• Contacts: optional, only to pick a phone number for Direct Refill.
• Phone: only to dial the refill code you request.
