1. Scanning the 2D-Code to get a quick overview about relevant product related data as e.g., the Product ID and the serial number
2. Clicking on the “product page” button for a redirection to the specific ABB product page where you can find more information, e.g., technical documentation
3. Adding serial numbers to a list and sending / exporting the list to e.g., the ABB support team for quicker failure handling
