ACAR Glossary

Accounting and Auditing Regulator (abbreviated ACAR) works as Secretariat of Non-Banking Financial Services Authority with mission of governing and developing the accounting and auditing sector and profession in Cambodia through the introduction of regulations, rules and standards, as well as promoting the implementation of Cambodian laws and accounting and auditing standards.
