ASAN növbə

ASAN service centers were established under the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No.685 of 13 July 2012 under subordination of the State Agency for Citizens Service and Social Innovations under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
"ASAN service" centers are the entities that provide the services rendered by state bodies in a single and coordinated manner.
"ASAN xidmət" centers serve to form a new approach to ensure the civic satisfaction of citizens in the activity of civil servants, to the transition to a qualitatively new level of civil servant-citizen relations in the country.
The activities of the Centers are based on the principles of operability, transparency, courtesy, responsibility and flexibility.
