Bashvur is a job application app built for job seekers. There is no CV editor to sit through: the nine short questions you answer while signing up become your CV, and you are ready to apply the moment sign-up ends.

HOW IT WORKS
• Verify your number. Sign in with the code we text you or with your Google account — no password, nothing to remember.
• A CV in nine questions. Name, date of birth, city, the position you want, education, experience, skills and a photo. Gender, education, experience and the photo are optional.
• Your profile is your CV. As soon as sign-up ends your profile reads as a CV, and you can edit any field at any time.
• Apply to listings. See the jobs that fit you and apply to any of them with one tap. Your CV goes to the employer as it stands.

APPLIED — THE CONVERSATION OPENS
Every application opens a private conversation with that employer. Once they reply, you message them directly. Which applications were sent, which were viewed, who you are in touch with — all of it on one screen, My applications. Changed your mind? Withdraw an application with a tap.

SHARE YOUR CV AS A PDF
30 CV templates: 10 single-column, photo-free layouts that applicant tracking systems (ATS) read in full, and 20 designed templates with sidebars, colour and a photo. Export your CV as a PDF with the one you like and use it for applications outside the app too.

LISTINGS THAT FIT YOU
The feed is filtered by your CV: the position you want, your city and your work preference (full-time, part-time, remote, freelance, internship) come first. You can switch to every listing whenever you like. All 81 provinces of Türkiye are on the list, and you can pick a country for jobs abroad. The profession list runs from broadcasting work — live streaming, one-to-one chat, voice rooms — to barista, waiter, call centre and sales roles.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
• We never ask where you are; the app requests no location permission.
• We do not read your contacts, messages or social accounts.
• Whether an employer sees your phone number or e-mail is your choice.
• Only the employer you applied to sees your CV. Your data is never sold.
• Report or block any employer who makes you uncomfortable.
