Bluffmio - Imposter Party

Everyone at the table knows the word. Except one.

Bluffmio is a pass-and-play party game for 3 to 12 people and a single phone. Peek at your secret word in private, drop a clue, argue it out and vote. The imposter holds a different, related word (or none at all) and has to bluff through every clue. You may know the idea as Impostor, Spy or Undercover.

HOW A ROUND WORKS
• Pass the phone. Each player holds a card to peek at their word, and it flips shut the moment they let go or leave the app.
• Give clues out loud, or type them in private and watch them land on a shared clue board.
• Talk it out, on a timer if you like, then vote in secret. Hold to lock your vote. A tie goes to a runoff.
• A caught imposter can take a last-chance guess at the word, if you switch that rule on.
• Points add up over 1, 3, 5 or 8 rounds, so the evening gets a winner.

SET IT UP YOUR WAY
• Every player gets their own color and shape, and the screen floods with it when the phone reaches you
• One imposter or several, holding a different word or no word at all
• Spoken or typed clues, one to three clue laps, and a discussion timer from one to five minutes, or none
• Easy, medium or hard word pairs, with your last group and settings remembered
• An interrupted round picks up where it stopped

SIX CURATED DECKS, AND YOUR OWN
• Six decks with hundreds of word pairs: food and drink, places and travel, screens and media, animals and nature, everyday objects, and sports and hobbies
• Every pair has a difficulty, and recent pairs stay out of your next rounds
• Browse, search and filter the library, build custom decks, edit pairs, and import or export them as plain text

FIVE OPTIONAL AI HELPERS
• Deck Forge: type a theme and get a deck of word pairs to edit and save
• Pair Doctor: rate a word pair, see what the words share and where they split, and get sneakier decoys
• Clue Coach: safe, subtle or bold clue ideas for a word, plus words that would give it away
• Suspect Questions: pointed questions drawn from the clues on the table
• Round Recap: a witty recap in the voice you pick, awards for the players and a line to share
The helpers ask for your OK first and send only what each one needs to an AI provider through Bluffmio's server. Deck Forge gets your theme, Pair Doctor the two words, Clue Coach your word and the clues so far. Suspect Questions gets player names and clues, never the secret words. Round Recap runs only after the reveal and also sends the roles and both words. Each helper has a daily allowance. AI can be wrong, so check its work. Harmful requests are refused, and AI results and custom decks can be reported in the app.

• A reduce-motion setting, plus sound and haptics you can switch off

• Games, players and custom decks stay on your phone unless you use an AI helper that needs them, and Settings can erase your data any time

BLUFFMIO PRO
Bluffmio needs an active Bluffmio Pro subscription to play. Bluffmio Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly, that unlocks rounds, the deck library and the AI helpers. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day trial for eligible new subscribers. Google Play shows each plan's terms before you confirm.

The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. To cancel, open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, and cancel before the trial or the current period ends. Restore Purchases and the subscription page are in Settings.
