ChloroFile: Grow Tracker APP
ChloroFile is a grow journal. It records what you did, what the conditions were, and what came of it, so that next run is better than the last one.
Everything works offline. No account, no sign-up, no internet required.
WHAT YOU LOG
Temperature, humidity, pH, EC or PPM, water volume, height, and free-text notes. Log one plant or several at once when they share a tent, because typing the same readings four times is nobody's idea of a hobby.
Photos live in a timeline per plant, and never leave your device.
VPD, WORKED OUT PROPERLY
ChloroFile calculates leaf VPD, not air VPD, using a leaf-temperature offset you set to match your lights. Published target bands are leaf figures, so this is what makes a reading comparable to them.
Each stage gets its own target band, and readings are marked against it as you type.
CHARTS THAT SHOW A TREND
Temperature, humidity, VPD, pH, EC, height, and water, charted across the whole run with min, average, and maximum.
COMPARE FINISHED RUNS
Put two or more completed grows side by side: days per stage, dry weight, grams per watt, and the average conditions each one actually ran at.
Best yield and best efficiency are marked. A tie is not, because two runs that matched did not beat each other. Run length is never marked, because a shorter run is not automatically a better one.
This is the part growers rebuild by hand in spreadsheets.
STRAIN REFERENCE
A built-in, offline database of 12,431 strains from 333 breeders: flowering time, indica and sativa split, lineage, published potency, and reported flavour and aroma.
Search it, filter by type, flowering time, or potency, and attach a strain to a plant so its details are recorded with the run.
Filters are honest about their limits. Flowering time is judged against the long end of a stated range, so a strain quoted 55 to 70 days is not offered as finishing in 60. Strains with no published potency are left out of potency filters rather than assumed to be low.
ENVIRONMENTS AND GEAR
Set up your tents, rooms, or plots, and the equipment in each. Enter your light's wattage and ChloroFile works out grams per watt for you.
REMINDERS
Watering, feeding, and training nudges on whatever cadence you choose. They arrive when the app is closed, and they survive a reboot.
