CHU MAP APP
With the "My Appointments" feature, easily access your medical schedule and get directions to your consultation. Your route takes into account the different stages of your journey, including any administrative procedures. You can also use the app to find your way around as a visitor by directly searching for a department, building, or healthcare professional.
From home, the app guides you to the hospital like a standard GPS. Once on site, it takes over to guide you to your destination, both inside and outside the buildings.
How to use the app?
To find your appointments, log in to your account and refresh the list if necessary (↻). To start navigation, tap the ▶ button next to your desired appointment.
You can also search directly for a service, consultation, or location using the search function, then start navigation.
Depending on your device and the permissions granted (location, Bluetooth, sensors, etc.), the app may ask you to enable certain features to improve navigation accuracy.
Guidance Inside Hospitals
Inside the North and Bellevue sites, due to limited GPS signal, the app uses your phone's sensors to guide you accurately.
Depending on your location, you may be asked to confirm your starting point or a change of floor to ensure optimal navigation.
Simply follow the on-screen directions to your destination.
Good to know
Indoor navigation relies on your phone's sensors. Its accuracy may vary depending on your device, building conditions, or the permissions granted to the app.
If your location cannot be determined automatically, CHU MAP Saint-Étienne will offer you the option to select your starting point from several landmarks or directly on the map.
If you change floors, the application may also ask you to confirm your arrival to ensure the best possible navigation experience.
