Clap to Find My Phone

Do you often leave your phone under the sofa, on a desk, or somewhere in another room? Clap to Find My Phone helps you locate a nearby misplaced device using a simple clap or whistle.

When sound detection is active, the app listens for the selected sound pattern and responds with a ringtone, flashlight, or vibration, helping you find your phone quickly.

IMPORTANT LAUNCHER NOTICE

Clap to Find My Phone also includes an Android home-screen launcher. If you choose it as your default Home app, the appearance and arrangement of your home screen may change. Your installed apps will remain on your device and can be accessed from the app drawer.

HOW TO USE

1. Open Clap to Find My Phone.
2. Choose clap detection, whistle detection, or both.
3. Select your preferred sound, vibration, flashlight, and alert duration.
4. Grant the permissions required for the selected features.
5. Activate detection.
6. Clap or whistle when you need to find your nearby phone.

MICROPHONE USE

Microphone access is required to recognize claps and whistles. Sound detection should be performed in real time for the phone-finder feature. The app is not intended to record conversations or act as an audio recorder.

CHANGE OR REMOVE THE LAUNCHER

You can switch back to another launcher at any time through:

Android Settings > Apps > Default apps > Home app

The exact path may vary depending on your phone model. You can also uninstall Clap to Find My Phone through Android Settings or Google Play.
