Color Mixing Play - Paint Lab

Color Mixing Play is a simple color mixing toy with three ways to play: colored water, paint and light.

■ Lab – colored water
Drag a bottle over the glass and pour. The colors swirl together in a real-time liquid animation, and the name of the new color pops up and is read aloud.
• Start with red, yellow, blue, white and black
• Stir the glass with your finger to mix it faster
• Bottle a color you made, keep it on your shelf and mix it again later
• Tap an empty spot on the shelf to pick any color and try "What if I mix these two?" right away

■ Paint – mix and draw
Squeeze paint from 12 tubes into the dish and stir it with your finger. When the color is ready, draw on the paper with it. Wash the dish and make another color.

■ Light – mixing light
Shine red, green and blue lights on the wall. Paint gets darker the more you mix it, but light gets brighter: red and green make yellow, and all three make white. Each light switches between strong, weak and off, so there are even more colors to find.

■ Color book
Every new color you find is added to your color book: 39 water and paint colors and 26 light colors. Tap a color to see how you made it.
