CRMv2 Clientes

CRMv2 Clients is the customer service and self-service application for clients of a provider that uses the CRMv2 platform.

One application serves multiple providers. The first time you open it, enter the access code your provider provided—this connects the application to the correct provider. After that, log in with your phone number and password.

WHAT YOU CAN DO HERE

• Your accounts — contracted plan, due date, and status, always up-to-date.

• Invoices — generate a duplicate and track the payment status.

• Customer Service — communicate with your provider's support via text, audio, or attachment, and receive the response in the same place.

• Notifications — due date reminders, payment confirmations, and messages from your provider.

• Installation — step-by-step instructions and your access data at hand when needed.

• Referral — enter the code of the person who referred you, and the benefit applies to both of you.

WHO IS IT FOR?

For those who are already clients of a provider that works with CRMv2. If you don't yet have the access code, ask your provider—without it, the application doesn't know which provider to connect to.
