Disabled and Aged Regional Transportation System (DARTS) is the nonprofit charitable organization that provides the specialized transit service in Hamilton. Our website is www.dartstransit.com.
Some locations in Hamilton, such as medical facilities and adult day programs, have many DARTS’ passengers coming and going from them. To assist staff at these high-volume user locations, the Next Bus application displays up-to-the-minute details on DARTS’ passenger arrival and departure times.
The display includes:
• the DARTS’ passenger name and client number
• the vehicle number
• the estimated pick up or drop off time with a live countdown
• the information shown in the app is estimated and subject to weather and traffic conditions
