Digital Office

The Ministry of Transportation's Digital Office is the Service & Data Portal (PLD) of the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Transportation, providing digital-based services in the field of Office Administration within the Ministry of Transportation. The Ministry of Transportation's Digital Office integrates and simplifies the Secretariat General's Information Systems, supported by data interoperability through the HUBNET Transportation Service Connector System (SPLT).

The scope of digital services includes personnel, accounting, legal matters, documentation and public information, facilitation of international partnerships and cooperation, sustainable transportation management, maritime courts, the National Transportation Safety Committee Secretariat, and information and communication technology.

The management of digital-based services is based on the business processes and relationship maps within the Ministry of Transportation and upholds the principles of Data Sharing, Single Source of Truth, and Personal Data Protection, supporting digital transformation in the transportation sector, as part of the realization of a Digital Government.
