NOTE: It is necessary to have an IMD Training account to access this application. If you already have a registration or subscription, you can obtain it free of charge at the gym.

The IMD Training application offers the following facilities:

• Check class schedules and opening times
• track daily physical activities
• Track weight and other body parameters
• More than 2000 exercises and activities
• Demonstrations of exercises in 3D animations
• Preset workouts and the option to create your own exercise
• More than 150 medals to win

It also offers the ability to select online workouts with the option to sync them with your exercise app at home or in the gym, as well as track your progress.
