Whether you are monitoring an active build phase, conducting a routine property check, or responding to an emergency inspection request, the app gives you everything you need to perform to the Fortress standard — from a single, reliable mobile tool available on both iOS and Android.

Once logged in with your certified Fortress Agent credentials, you can view all your assigned projects and upcoming inspection schedules in one place, ensuring you arrive at every site fully briefed and prepared. On arrival, GPS-verified check-in confirms your presence at the correct location and transmits that confirmation to the Fortress operations team in real time.

During the inspection, the app guides you through a structured checklist tailored to the specific property type and build stage. You capture photos and videos directly through the app, with every piece of media automatically geo-tagged and timestamped to create an unalterable, verified evidence trail. Concerns and issues can be flagged directly within the report as you work, and once your inspection is complete, your full report is submitted to the operations team with a single tap for review before release to the client.

The app is built for real field conditions. Offline mode ensures you can continue collecting data in areas with limited or no connectivity, with everything syncing automatically the moment your signal is restored.
