GetConnector Vardiyam

Vardiyam is a corporate application designed for employees to track their shift schedules and manage their entry and exit procedures at the workplace.

INSTALLATION
The application will ask for your company code upon initial launch. You can obtain this code from your HR department or connect automatically by scanning the QR code displayed on your workplace terminal screen. Before connecting, the company you are connecting to will be displayed on the screen and your approval will be obtained.

ENTRY-EXIT
You record your entry and exit times by scanning the QR code displayed on your workplace terminal screen with your phone. The QR code is updated at short intervals.

SHIFT SCHEDULE
You will see your weekly shift schedule, the start and end times of your workday, and the remaining time.

BREAK
You can request a break and track its status. If you are a manager, you can approve your team's break requests.

TIMEKEEPING HISTORY
You can review your monthly entry and exit records and working hours.

IMPORTANT
This application is for corporate use only. To use it, your employer must be using the system and you must have been assigned a company code. Your credentials are only verified on your employer's server; they are not stored in the application.
