What is Smart Order?
A service exclusive to the Super Long-Term Discount 3 Plan! When mineral extract is running low, a replacement set will be automatically ordered and delivered.
What is the Super Long-Term Discount 3 Plan?
This plan allows you to purchase replacement sets at a great price and in a convenient manner. Please apply at the LIXIL Store!
What is the LIXIL Store?
This is the official online store of LIXIL. This is the only place you can buy replacement sets! You must register as a member to purchase.
What is MyLIXIL ID?
This is a common ID that allows you to access various LIXIL services. You can link the LIXIL Store and the app by logging in to the Greentap app with the same MyLIXIL ID (information used to register as a member) as the LIXIL Store.
Please note! If you log in to the app with an ID different from the MyLIXIL ID of the LIXIL Store where you signed up for the Super Long-Term Discount 3, you will not be able to use Smart Order.
What is Greentap?
This product was jointly developed by LIXIL and Suntory, and allows you to drink delicious "Mineral in Water" from the tap!
■What you can do besides Smart Order
1. Display of Mineral in Water usage
The amount of Mineral in Water dispensed from the tap is tallied every day, and you can check the amount used up to the previous day from the app.
2. Notification when mineral extract is low
The sensor in the tap detects when the mineral extract level falls below a certain level and notifies you via the app.
3. Display of mineral extract remaining amount
The estimated remaining amount of mineral extract is calculated from the amount of Mineral in Water dispensed and displayed on the app.
4. Change the tap settings
You can change the maintenance water discharge time and the cold water setting temperature (if you are using the cold water type).
5. Faucet firmware update
When new firmware is released, you can install it on the faucet using the app.
■Notes
Please start using the faucet after setting up the connection between the app and the faucet. For instructions on how to link your faucet, please refer to the startup guide included with your faucet.
To use the app and Smart Order, you will need to connect your faucet to the Internet via Wi-Fi.
The remaining mineral extract amount is an estimate and will differ from the actual amount remaining. Also, in order to properly display the estimated remaining amount, please link the app before starting to use the faucet.
