Holy Smart is HW Group's employee learning platform designed to support onboarding, competency enhancement, individual development, and certification in a structured manner.

Through Holy Smart, employees can participate in various learning programs, ranging from Learning, Additional Learning, Development, to Certification. Each program can include courses with learning materials organized into several modules and submodules in the form of videos, PDFs, and other supporting content.

Holy Smart helps employees navigate the learning process step by step through a Learning Journey. Users can view the material to be studied, monitor their learning progress, take tests or quizzes, view assessment results, and earn certificates after completing a specific learning journey.
