Home Theater AVR Remote turns a compatible Android phone into an infrared (IR) remote for AV receivers, home theater systems, soundbars, speakers, multimedia devices, CD players and Blu-ray players.

Use one focused app for your home entertainment setup. Direct IR control works without Wi-Fi or pairing when your phone has a built-in infrared emitter.

SIMPLE SETUP

1. Search for your device brand.
2. Point your phone at the device.
3. Press Power to test the remote.
4. Try another code when needed.
5. Save the working remote profile.

AV RECEIVER AND HOME THEATER CONTROL

• AV receiver remote: power, volume, mute, input, Bluetooth, sound mode and navigation when available.
• Soundbar and speaker remote: power, volume, mute and supported audio controls.
• Multimedia, CD and Blu-ray remote: playback, menu, audio, subtitle, eject, display and navigation commands when available.

BUILT-IN IR CODE DATA

The app includes IR code data for supported home theater brands and models. Compatibility varies by brand, model and available command set. If a model is missing, you can report it to help expand the database.

IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY NOTE

A phone with a built-in infrared emitter, also called an IR blaster, is required to control devices directly. If your phone has no IR hardware, you may need a compatible external IR accessory or another supported remote-control device.
