How to add stickers:
1. Open the app and tap any sticker pack
2. Tap "Add to WhatsApp"
3. Confirm the prompt
4. Open WhatsApp, go to any chat, and tap the emoji icon
5. Your new sticker pack appears at the bottom — tap to send

If "Update WhatsApp" shows even after WhatsApp is already up to date, tap it again — this is a known WhatsApp-side quirk, not a problem with your installation.
