Lostra Manager brings together receipt, customer, service, and collection tracking for shoe care and repair businesses. Manage received jobs, deliveries, and outstanding customer debts from your phone or tablet.

QUICK RECEIPT AND ORDER SETUP
Enter new customer information or search for and select a registered customer. Specify the services to be performed, order and delivery dates, job cost, and payment received on the same screen. Add product photos and notes. Create separate orders for each shoe; easily access your latest receipts and all records.

CREATE RECEIPTS STEP-BY-STEP IN THE FULL APP (PREMIUM)
Start with customer selection; complete the steps of delivery and notes, service selection, product description, cost, and photos in order. Add multiple products to a receipt, specifying the services and cost of each product separately. See completed and pending steps; access the total amount and save button from the bottom of the screen. Continue your unfinished draft later.

TRACK YOUR CUSTOMERS (PREMIUM)
Call customer records by name or phone; manage contact information and customer notes. View customer past receipts, open jobs, and outstanding balances all in one place. Track returning customers through the same record.

VIEW EARNINGS AND COLLECTION STATUS (PREMIUM)
Track your business's earnings based on total job value. Track payments collected, outstanding receivables, and outstanding debts on completed jobs separately. See the number and cost of completed, pending, and canceled jobs. Review customer, receipt, and collection summaries by selecting a date range; track cash, card, and wire transfer records. Reports show job value and collections; do not provide net profit after expenses.

DETERMINE YOUR SERVICES AND PRICES
Organize services such as cleaning, painting, stitching, sole and heel replacement. Add services suitable for your business and set list prices. Update service fees as needed; enter the product price separately when generating a receipt. Service and price management is handled by the business owner or authorized users.

MONITOR JOB STATUS, SHARE RECEIPTS
Search for receipts, update their ready and delivery status. Send receipt and delivery-ready notifications to your customer via your chosen sharing application. Preview and check the information to be sent before sharing.

FREE AND PREMIUM
Use Quick Receipt with Free without time or transaction count limits. The business owner can manage basic services and prices. Premium unlocks advanced receipt and customer management, financial statistics, and full application features. Employees join the business by invitation and work with their own accounts, within the scope of granted permissions. There are no ads in Free and Premium packages.

CONTINUE WITH THE SAME RECORDS
Protect your account and records when switching from Free to Premium. Your records are not deleted when the subscription ends; you continue with Quick Receipt under the Free package.

SUBSCRIPTION INFORMATION
A monthly or annual Premium subscription is purchased by the business owner. The price and payment period are shown on the Google Play screen before purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel it from the subscriptions section on Google Play. After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the paid period. A request to delete the account does not automatically cancel the subscription.

The application requires an internet connection and a business account. The account deletion request can be accessed from the My Business section and the web account management page.
